By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, booking a service, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

3. Services We Provide

Bluverse Infobit may provide services including, but not limited to:

Digital marketing strategy, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, paid advertising, lead generation, website design and development, landing page creation, branding, graphic design, logo design, email marketing, content marketing, video editing, YouTube marketing, AI automation, CRM integration, cybersecurity consulting, IT consulting, BPO and outsourcing support, campaign management, analytics, reporting, and business growth consulting.

The exact scope of service, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and responsibilities will be agreed upon separately through a proposal, quotation, invoice, email confirmation, or service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

To complete projects and campaigns successfully, clients must provide accurate and timely information, including business details, brand assets, content, images, logos, access credentials, approvals, product or service information, ad account access, hosting access, domain access, payment details, and any other required materials.

Bluverse Infobit will not be responsible for delays, errors, or performance issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or misleading information provided by the client.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Depending on the service, payment may be required in advance, milestone-based, monthly, or as otherwise agreed. Bluverse Infobit reserves the right to pause or stop work if payments are delayed or unpaid.

Ad spend, domain charges, hosting charges, plugin costs, software subscriptions, third-party tools, media buying budgets, and other external expenses are usually separate from service fees unless clearly mentioned in the proposal.

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope of work. Timelines may vary depending on client approvals, content submission, technical requirements, third-party dependencies, payment delays, change requests, or platform-related issues.

Bluverse Infobit will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the agreed timeline, but we do not guarantee completion dates where delays are caused by factors outside our control.

7. Revisions and Changes

Revisions will be provided as per the agreed project scope. Any additional changes, extra pages, new features, new designs, additional campaigns, extra creatives, or changes beyond the approved scope may be charged separately.

Once a design, campaign, website, content, or deliverable is approved by the client, further changes may be considered additional work.

8. Digital Marketing and Advertising Disclaimer

Bluverse Infobit may manage digital marketing campaigns, SEO, social media campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation campaigns, and other online marketing activities.

While we work to improve visibility, traffic, leads, enquiries, conversions, and online presence, we do not guarantee fixed results, rankings, sales, revenue, leads, conversions, or return on investment. Campaign performance depends on multiple factors, including market conditions, competition, budget, audience behavior, platform algorithms, landing pages, offer quality, pricing, and client-side follow-up.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WordPress, hosting providers, domain providers, CRM tools, email platforms, payment gateways, analytics tools, plugins, and other software services.

Bluverse Infobit is not responsible for changes, downtime, policy updates, account restrictions, ad disapprovals, suspensions, technical issues, price changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

10. Website Development and Technical Services

For website development, landing pages, automation, CRM, hosting setup, or technical services, the client is responsible for providing correct access details and required approvals.

Bluverse Infobit is not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting, outdated plugins, malware, server errors, domain expiry, client-side changes, unauthorized access, or changes made by any third party after project handover.

Maintenance, updates, backups, security monitoring, and ongoing support are chargeable unless included in the service agreement.

11. Content and Approvals

The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, images, logos, videos, documents, trademarks, product claims, offers, and business information provided to Bluverse Infobit are accurate, legal, and owned or properly licensed by the client.

Bluverse Infobit is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, regulatory, or legal issues arising from client-provided materials.

12. Intellectual Property

All original work created by Bluverse Infobit will remain the property of Bluverse Infobit until full payment is received.

After full payment, the client may receive usage rights or ownership of approved final deliverables as agreed in the proposal or invoice.

Bluverse Infobit may retain rights to internal strategies, processes, templates, concepts, drafts, tools, methods, source files, and unused designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Bluverse Infobit may display completed work, designs, websites, campaign creatives, branding, or project results in its portfolio, case studies, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.

Confidential information will not be disclosed without permission.

14. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Confidential information may include business plans, marketing strategies, login credentials, customer data, pricing, campaign data, internal documents, and other non-public information.

Bluverse Infobit will take reasonable steps to protect client information but cannot guarantee complete security for data shared through third-party platforms, email, cloud tools, or external systems.

15. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services. You must not attempt to hack, damage, overload, copy, scrape, spam, reverse engineer, upload malicious code, misuse contact forms, or use our services for illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we believe a client or user is violating these terms or using our services for unlawful or unethical purposes.

16. Limitation of Liability

Bluverse Infobit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, campaign losses, platform restrictions, or third-party service failures.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

17. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations depend on the nature of the service and the stage of work completed.

Payments made for completed work, strategy, consultation, design concepts, campaign setup, website development, ad management, third-party tools, hosting, domain, software, or services already delivered are generally non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, Bluverse Infobit may deduct charges for completed work, time spent, resources used, and third-party expenses.

18. Termination of Services

Bluverse Infobit may suspend or terminate services if the client fails to make payment, delays required approvals, violates these terms, provides false information, misuses our services, or engages in illegal or unethical activity.

The client may discontinue services by giving written notice, subject to payment of pending dues and charges for work already completed.

19. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect and use information such as name, email address, phone number, business details, enquiry details, and service-related information to respond to enquiries and provide services.

20. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
