Purpose of Bluverse CRM

Bluverse CRM is designed specifically for local businesses and multi-client CRM operations that need a single workspace to manage their leads, messages, campaigns, follow-ups, team tasks and customer communication tracking.

The platform allows businesses to respond to ad leads quicker with automated follow ups, manage customer messages across WhatsApp and email, and find all messaging information from queuing over delivery, opening a message, tapping a link or failure.

Google Gmail Integration

Bluverse CRM gives you the ability to connect your own Gmail account securely via Google OAuth. This gmail integration is only employed to send out email campaigning and business emails with the user’s connected Gmail address.

When a user connects Gmail, Bluverse CRM requests permission to send mail on behalf of that connected user. This permission is relevant ONLY when the user creates, approves or sends email communication from inside Bluverse CRM.

How Bluverse CRM Uses Google Data

Bluverse CRM uses Google OAuth access only for ability to send emails via Gmail.

Bluverse CRM does not have access to the user Gmail inbox, scan the content of emails sent/received in a Gmail account, connect other unrelated google account data and use Google data for advertisement purposes.

Any user who connected their Gmail account to Bluverse CRM can disconnect it anytime they choose. Users can alternatively revoke access from their Google Account Security section.

Any information received by Bluverse CRM from Google APIs will be treated as per the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Privacy and Terms

Bluverse CRM Does Not Share Your Data. Google OAuth tokens and connected Gmail account information are only used to provide the desired Gmail sending capabilities.
